Discover Mauritania & Senegambia

Salām

Welcome to your first step towards Mauritania and Senegambia. Mauritania offers a destination that is worth discovering, far away from mass tourism and the illusion of exoticism. Senegal and its small neighbor Gambia, on the other hand, are already popular destinations for visitors and have many sights to offer, both well-known and less well-known. The three countries on West Africa's Atlantic coast are particularly surprising due to their diversity.

It takes less than a day to drive from the incoming iron ore train in Mauritania's northern metropolis of Nouadhibou to the cathedral of Ziguinchor in the far south of Senegal. But whole worlds are revealed here. More than a dozen UNESCO World Heritage Sites can be found on over 1 million km², including the Saloum Delta, a paradise of flora and fauna, the millennia-old Senegambian stone circles and the remnants of the trans-Saharan trade built into the desert, the old Berber settlements of Ksour.

Whether a cultural education trip, sightseeing trip or adventure vacation - ChingiTours is your partner like no other, because: We have the local know-how and at the same time focus on reliability and the complete satisfaction of our travelers. At the same time, we are aware of our local responsibility and support various charitable local projects with our proceeds.
